Our wines

Señorío de la Luz: A young red wine with purple hues; clean and bright. Intense fruit to the nose with notes of liquorice, typical of Tempranillo. Big, round and persistent in the mouth.

Vallemayor Blanco: A young white made with the excellent Viura grapes from the vineyards of the Pérez Foncea family. Transparent, clean and dry, with an intense aroma of fresh fruit. Round and persistent in the mouth. The wine earned 5 stars in the Peñín Guide for its value for money.

Vallemayor Rosado: A young rosé made with the excellent Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes from the vineyards of the Pérez Foncea family. Pink, clean and dry, with an intense aroma of fresh fruit. Round and persistent in the mouth.

Vallemayor Crianza: This wine is a rarity. The grapes come from Viura vines that are more than forty years old, planted on the Valdemudo dryland estate, which are harvested when they achieve optimum ripeness.

Vallemayor Reserva: A single-varietal Tempranillo wine made with grapes from "La Encineda". Vines that are over 30 years old and a production limited to 5000 kg/ha allow us to extract the highest expression from grapes of this local variety.

Vallemayor Gran Reserva: Made with grapes from 5 hectares of vineyards in "La Cerradilla" estate, with vines over 40 years old and a limited production of 4,000 kg of grapes per hectare. This vineyard is located on an unirrigated slope facing northwest, owned by the Pérez Foncea family.

Blanco fermentado en barrica: A clean, bright wine; garnet with ruby-red hues and great intensity. The glass shows abundant glycerine.

Viña la Encineda: A wine with a powerful colour structure; deep red with a crimson rim. To the nose it offers intense aromas of red fruits with hints of liquorice. The aromas contributed by ageing appear on a second plane, diffused behind the fruit. They are balsamic and spicy aromas from the new oak.

Viña Cerradilla: A classic brick-garnet Rioja. Bottle ageing results in reducing aromas which are transformed into red fruit and liquorice hints when the wine comes into contact with the air. Later, the typical dairy, balsamic and spicy notes of long ageing in new oak appear.

Furia Roja, tinto crianza: A clean, bright wine; garnet with ruby-red hues and medium intensity. To the nose, it exhibits aromas of red berries well integrated into the toasty notes from the wood and some light balsamic hints.

Tondeluna, tinto media crianza: A clean, bright wine made from choice Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards. Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels to make it smooth and fragrant in the mouth and fragrant to the nose.

Tondeluna, tinto crianza: A clean, bright wine; garnet with ruby-red hues and medium intensity. To the nose, it exhibits aromas of red berries well integrated into the toasty notes from the wood and some light balsamic hints.
